CDC COVID Community Levels

• Levels are based upon the most recent CDC COVID Community Levels as indicated on the CDC website, updated weekly on Thursday evenings

• Data from both Washington and Ramsey Counties will be utilized, and the Redeemer Level will change based upon whichever county's level is higher

• Due to the high percentage of Redeemer members and guests that fall in to one of the higher-risk categories, Redeemer has adopted a more restrictive mask and distancing policy indoors during worship and church-sponsored gatherings

• Changes in levels will be sent out via "Email blast" communications on Friday mornings

• Signs will be posted at each entrance indicating the current level and outlining masking procedures

• Library/Office Conference Room: Due to the library and conference room having less frequent air exchange or ventilation, the rooms will have decreased capacity limits enforced that will be posted on each door. In addition, a CO2 monitor is installed each room. Additional steps will need to be taken depending upon the levels the monitor indicates. Instructions will be posted near the monitor in each room.

• LADC/Scouts BSA: Due to LADC and Scouts BSA having their own COVID response plans on-file with the church, they will follow those plans. You will see different masking requirements being followed due to the lower risks associated with youth programming, similar to the policies the White Bear Lake Area School District follows

• Facility Rental: When at the HIGH-RED level, the facility can still be utilized by outside groups if they have provided a COVID response plan

• Private Office Spaces: Masking is not required in staff office spaces while working alone and/or all parties present are fully vaccinated
